5 Week Still Life Painting Class

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to learn to paint with acrylic in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. You will be shown practical methods and techniques to paint beautiful still lifes. No experience is necessary and all painting materials are included in the fee.

When/Where:
Wednesday from 6:00-8:30 pm at Hoop Gallery, The MAC, 77 Beach rd, Torquay 3228.

Dates
TERM 3 - July 31st, Aug 7th, Aug 21st, Aug 28th, Sept 4th
(Note: No class Aug 14th as there is a dress rehearsal at Torquay Theatre Troupe, which could disrupt the class)

- Colour theory and mixing
- Brush techniques
- Setting up a still life
- Composition

Materials provided:
- Acrylic paints
- Paint brushes
- Palettes
- Aprons
- Paper
- 1x canvas per person

What you will take home with you:
